Looking for a special meeting location? Hotel Estheréa has three stylish meeting rooms on offer for groups of up to 18 people. The rooms are equipped with business essentials, such as: notepads and pens. But we can also offer all manner of delicacies, including: mineral water, sweet snacks and an extensive coffee and tea buffet. We would also take great delight in organising your breakfast, lunch or drinks, either before, during or after your meeting. Please inform us of your requirements and we will furnish you with a suitable offer.
All the meeting rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a LCD screen. A beamer with a screen and flipchart are available free of charge. Are you travelling by car? You also have the option of using our underground parking facilities for a total of €55,- per day. The entrance to the car park is at Spuistraat 258.
The Herenkamer
The Herenkamer will provide you with all possible conveniences. This meeting room boasts three large windows with views of the canal. The room allows for two different setups – square or U-shaped – creating space for 13 to 16 people. The Herenkamer has a warm and stylish design, ideal for a meeting in just a little bit of a different setting. We can also offer the option of combining the Library and Herenkamer into one larger room.
The Suite van Oranje
Are you planning a big meeting? Then the Suite van Oranje may be the perfect one for you. This room allows for a total of 16 to 18 people, depending on the setup. A U-shaped setup can cater for a total of 17 people. If you opt for the boardroom (square) setup, the maximum number of people is 18. This spacious meeting room has three large windows, boasting views of the Spuistraat and is equipped with all possible conveniences.

How many meeting rooms does Hotel Estheréa have?
We have three meeting rooms: the Library for up to 6 people, the Herenkamer for 13 to 16 people, and the Suite van Oranje for 16 to 18 people. The Library and Herenkamer can be combined into one larger space.
What setups are available?
The Herenkamer and Suite van Oranje can be arranged in a square (boardroom) or U-shaped setup. The Library has a fixed intimate setup for small groups. Our team will prepare the room to your requirements.

Yes. The Herenkamer comfortably seats 10 to 12 people in a boardroom setup and has three large windows with views of the canal. It is a popular choice for board meetings, strategy sessions and client presentations.
