Meetings

The Estheréa offers three tastefully decorated meeting rooms for groups up to 24 persons.

Besides notebooks, pens, mineral water, sweets and an extensive coffee and tea buffet with a Nespresso machine, we will gladly organise your breakfast, lunch or aperitif, before, during or after your meeting/gathering. Please let us know what it is you require and we will make you an appropriate offer.

The meeting rooms feature air conditioning, Wifi, DVD player, LCD screen, projector and screen and a flip-chart. Please note that the Estheréa has on-site, underground parking facilities.

Benefits of booking directly:

1.Check out time is two hours later for direct bookings. A world of difference! Take your time getting up, spend the morning enjoying the city and have full use of your room until 2:00 p.m.

2.People who make a direct booking receive a substantial discount on breakfast and free WiFi. For your entire stay, our extensive breakfast buffet, which regularly costs €18 per day, costs only €13 per day if booked in advance. Free WiFi during your entire stay.

3.Reservations made directly can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Bookings made through other channels can only be changed free of charge up to 48 or even 72 hours before arrival.
