Q:What do you do with my credit card information?
A:When reserving, the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card for the amount of the first night. At check-in the hotel will authorise the credit card for the entire stay including a € 70 deposit. The deposit will be unblocked at check-out provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition.

1.Check out time is two hours later for direct bookings. A world of difference! Take your time getting up, spend the morning enjoying the city and have full use of your room until 2:00 p.m.
2.People who make a direct booking receive a substantial discount on breakfast and free WiFi. For your entire stay, our extensive breakfast buffet, which regularly costs €18 per day, costs only €13 per day if booked in advance. Free WiFi during your entire stay.
3.Reservations made directly can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Bookings made through other channels can only be changed free of charge up to 48 or even 72 hours before arrival.
